Nic Kressmann, a Raleigh, North Carolina native, brings over 17 years of architectural design and project management experience across a diverse range of projects nationwide. A licensed architect in Colorado and Maryland, he specializes in self-storage facilities, skilled nursing centers, restaurants, breweries, and mixed-use developments. Through Kressmann Studio, he also collaborates with local architects to deliver impactful projects across the Southeast.

Personal Note:

Over the years, I’ve worked in agriculture, automotive repair, commercial kitchens, grocery, retail sales, and logistics—experiences that ultimately led me to architecture. Each role shaped my understanding of how spaces function in the real world, giving me a practical foundation for designing environments that truly serve the people who use them.
